Yu Tomiya
He started his career in 2006 in ryotei and kappo restaurants in Osaka. In 2012, he began working as a sushi chef in a Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong and subsequently worked as head chef in several fine dining establishments. Since the summer of 2020, he has been working as a freelance chef and Tommy’s Kitchen, catering in private homes and consulting for Japanese food and beverage companies in Hong Kong.
