Wagyu Kappo Oda is a Japanese restaurant managed by Oda Chikusan, which produces Odagyu in Kagoshima. Odagyu we use is a premium brand wagyu that has been raised in Kagoshima since 1973 and is loved by many customers in Japan and foreign countries.
Odagyu are raised exclusively on natural feed developed over a long time to ensure the best flavour of the meat. And Odagyu are raised on farms with good hygiene and without stress, to ensure that they are safe and secure. Healthy cattle without too much fat are the best tasting cattle.
